I have a dent in my gastank that I want to get repaired. Has anyone had any experience with a good bike bodyshop that can do harley gas tank work? I think the other, more expensive option is to just replace the entire thing.

Sun, May 28, 2006 - 8:16 PMNo the tank is still on the bike. I was hoping maybe they would just pull the dent without having to remove it? That definately won't work if the entire tank needs to be repainted.... I will let you know what I find out. -

Tue, November 7, 2006 - 7:00 PMsorry bother, but your going to have to pull the tank. and they do not pull dents out of tanks, they blow dents out. and you will have to repaint the tank.
