Hi All,
I am old to dirtbikes, new to Harley. While I was waiting at the checkout counter at the grocery store last night I flipped through a copy of "American Iron Magazine" that was on the newsrack. Anyone know anything about it? Seems like it had some pretty good Harley articles. Maybe someone has a different or better suggestion along the same lines. Thanks.

I am new to the tribe and am only a FUTURE Bay Area Harley Rider, but I get and enjoy American Rider Magazine. That's my suggestion.

Fri, February 17, 2006 - 7:42 AMNot a problem Dutch, I probably enjoy it most because my nephews bought the subscription for me. I much more prefer being out riding or learning from the big boys as opposed to reading it in a magazine anyway! :) -

Sun, March 26, 2006 - 8:13 PMYea, I think the discussion covered it. I guess I split the fence. I read the one issue I had bought cover to cover. But didn't really have the burning desire to subscribe or anything. I will pick up a copy of thunder press next time I go to the shop, that sounds like a good recommendation. I usually go to DP in the city.

All them magizines are about advertizing. . . . Shit for bikes that rarely if ever it the road. Lets be real. . . If you are a serious biker now days, you arent riding no "chopper". Those days are gone. Todays riders. . . . ones who ride further than from their garage to the bar, are riding baggers.
So its all entertainment anyway. . . -
